This video is from the 2014 New York International Auto Show when BMW introduced the X5 eDrive concept.

Typically what happens is the price is announced, and then the build page goes live.

I'd guess this will happen at the Detroit Auto Show in mid February. That would give BMW enough time to have orders roll in for a while before the vehicle starts getting delivered.
